Schneller Arbeits Beginn, Kostenvoranschlag ums 3 fache überschritten, ohne Rückmeldung der Kosten Explosion, habe mehrfach um Rückruf gebeten, warte seit 3 Monaten. Beim persönlichen Gespräch an der Geschäftstür war vom Junior Chef kein Kunden freundlichens verhalten vorhanden. Es hat ihn nicht Interessiert was ich zu sagen hatte.

Firma Peter hat vor 13 Jahren bei uns eine Photovoltaikanlage gebaut (damals 4 Sterne). Diese sollte jetzt auf 100 % Leistung umprogrammiert werden. Funktionierte leider nicht, da das dafür erforderliche Anschlusskabel verlorengegangen ist. Auf meine Frage, was man nun machen kann, bekam ich die Antwort " neuen Wechselrichter kaufen". Mein Hinweis, dass es eine BT-Nachrüstmöglichkeit (ca.140€) gibt, wurde damit abgetan, dass die Firma kaum SMA verbaut habe und ich auf SMA bestanden hätte. Im übrigen würde er nichts bestellen von dem er nicht weiß, ob es funktioniert. Frage: Warum hat er dann bei mir einen SMA und einen Solar-World und bei unserem Nachbarn 2 SMA-Wechselrichter verbaut? Leider war das Gespräch sehr unfreundlich und NICHT kundenorientiert. Hilfe bei Problemlösungen stelle ich mir anders vor. Also Vielen Dank Herr Engelmohr!
